I was honored to be hired by Royal Carribbean Cruise lines to be the guest lecturer on a 64 day circumnavigation of the continent of South America, which culminated with a passage through the Panama Canal. This was the longest
Timelapse of the full transit of the Panama Canal. 11 hour transit seen in under 7 minutes.
duration of any cruise I had lectured on thus far. Of all the guest lecture cruises, (which now numbers 26) this stands out. My lecture topics were science, nature, astronomy, photography and cinematography.
